Detailed System Descriptions
Carton Opening Mechanism
Function: Operators neatly place folded cartons in the feeding area. As the cartons move forward, a servo-driven opening mechanism and vacuum suction cups pull individual cartons into the workstation. During this pulling process, guide blocks assist in forming the box, gradually expanding it and completing the bottom locking action.
Features: Manual loading suits multi-size production and manual replenishment. Servo-driven vacuum suction ensures continuous, reliable opening. Adjustable side guardrails (via handwheel) easily adapt to different carton widths.
Cartoning & Sealing Section
Function: Cartons filled with products enter the ear-folding station via a rotary turntable. Once a photoelectric sensor detects the carton, pneumatic cylinders sequentially fold and close the left, right, and top ears. The turntable then moves the carton to the tongue-insertion sealing station, where a combination of servo motors and pneumatic cylinders perform the final tongue folding, insertion, and sealing.
Features: Photoelectric detection ensures precise trigger timing for ear folding. Step-by-step pneumatic folding creates a secure base closure. The synergistic action of servo and pneumatic systems provides highly reliable tuck-in tongue sealing.
Carton Output Mechanism
Function: Sealed cartons enter the output station from the turntable. Upon photoelectric detection, a pusher cylinder ejects the carton onto the output conveyor belt. Clamping mechanisms on both sides guide the carton as it is transported to the next stage or collection area.
Features: Photoelectric-triggered pushing ensures smooth transition. Side clamping guides maintain carton stability during continuous output.
Intelligent Safety & Protection Design

Interlock & Alarms:
Features automatic interlock protection, fault querying, alarms, and production counting. Supports both manual and automatic modes.
Safety Doors:
Equipped with environmental protective covers. Clever mechanical structures require manual intervention to close safety doors. Plug-in protection devices instantly stop the machine if a door is opened. Opening peripheral safety doors triggers an automatic alarm and machine halt.
Material Monitoring:
Automatic alarm for carton shortage at the infeed.
Pneumatic Protection:
An oil-water separator extends pneumatic component life. Built-in air pressure protection alarms and stops the machine if pressure is too high or too low.
